Allen Ruhalter is the third generation master butcher taking over the buisness from his father David Ruhalter in 1958. Allen is retired and lives with his stunning and most beautiful wife Sylvia in Arizona. How he ever got a beauty like her is beyond everyones guess.

Jeffrey Ruhalter is a fourth generation master butcher working in the store since he was six years old in 1962. Jeffrey took the business over from his father Allen in 2000. Every woman loves him and every man wants to be his best friend.

Ramon Morales began working in the store 25 years ago beginning in 1980 and last year became a master butcher. Ramon manages the butchers and heads the Day Care Distributors division. If Ramon isn't yelling at you than he doesn't like you.

Dionisio Silva, "Silva", is a master butcher and has been with Jeffrey's Meat Market since 2004. Silva started butchering in 1986 in Brooklyn. He maintains the showcases and brings kindness and cheers to the staff and customers.

"Oli" started with Jeffrey's Meat Market in 2006 as an apprentice. He continues his training in hopes of becoming a master butcher in ten years or so.
